Uruguayan sensation Luis Suarez scored Barcelona winning goal against arch rival Real Madrid on Sunday el- clasico. The El- clasico remains one of the most celebrated derbies in world football. Jeremy Mathieu had put Barca ahead with a header before Cristiano Ronaldo equalised for Real Madrid.
The match was a footballing feast. Real Madrid looked the better side but Barca found their rhythm and seized the moment after the first half with the winning goal from Suarez.
The first goal came with the header from Jeremy Mathieu through an impeccable free kick from Messi in the 19th minutes which found Iker Casilla flat footed. The fascinating end to end battle continued before Benzema cheekily back heeled the ball in the Barca goal area and Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid was there to slam home the equaliser. The goal which would have put Real Madrid ahead was ruled as offside as Gareth Bale’s goal was rejected by the referee as Ronaldo who provided the assist was found offside.
Although Real Madrid dominated most of the second half, it was in the 55th minute that the Barca goal came through a long ball from Dani Alves which was controlled magnificently by Suarez who beat Casillas to top a stellar performance with one of the finest goals ever seen in a clasico. It was a magical performance which gave Barca three points and places them closer to the liga title.
"They called Goodluck Jonathan, who gave you YouWIN and SURE-P, and PRESSID Scholarships clueless. So what do we call APC that gives you wheelbarrow? They said GEJ was tribalistic yet his NSA, CDS, IGP, CNS, CGP and minister of defense were from the North. So what do we say of President Muhammadu Buhari whose DG DSS is from his own hometown and whose Minister of Defense, Chief of Army Staff, Chief of Air Staff, NSA, IGP, CGP, CGI, CGP are all from his Northern Region? You see, no matter how far falsehood has travelled, it must eventually be overtaken by truth!"
