National Chairman, Justice Must Prevail Party (JMPP), Dr. Olusegun Ijagbemi, has called on Muslim faithful to align themselves with the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) which border on piety, charity, tolerance and peaceful co-existence.
Ijagbemi gave the charge on Monday in his congratulatory message made available by Mr Emmanuel Olayemi, National Publicity Secretary of the party in Abuja.
The party’s chairman also called on all Nigerians to uphold the prophet’s virtues with a view to voting for all JMPP candidates in the forthcoming 2019 General Elections.
According to him, JMPP is the only party established by Almighty God with the solutions to all the current challenges facing the country.
Ijagbemi assured that the party remained committed ”to building a 26 feet high concrete fence around Nigeria’s international borders to prevent cross border terrorism, smuggling, human and weapons trafficking among others.”
”It will also enhance our territorial integrity, unity of the country,” he added.
According to him, JMPP will tackle poverty within four years by paying zakat (tithe) from our national income to widows, orphans, persons with disability, the aged 70 years and above, priests and imams and the needy.
”Armed with the covenant of Twelve (12) Pillars of Oath of integrity that kills if violated, JMPP will totally and completely eradicate corruption from Nigeria and put adequate structures on ground towards transforming the nation with infrastructure that will be second to non in the world to become the most habitable on earth within the next 36 years,” he assured.
He called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to ensure a free and fair poll next year.
”I wish all Nigerians a joyous and peaceful Eid-El Maulud,” he said.
